The following applies to not-for-profit usage:
Examples include: student projects, personal web sites, personal tattoos, icons used in forums or blogging, etc.
You may use any of my silhouettes for free under the following stipulations.
- You do not sell or redistribute the image.
- You provide FULL CREDIT and a link to Becky's Wildlife and Fantasy Art somewhere PROMINENT. (I'll make an exception to personal tattoos) :-)
- You leave the image fully in tact, meaning, you do not alter it in any way. However, I do allow two exceptions: resizing and changing the solid black to another SOLID color.
- You do not use the image to "brand" a product, group, institution, affiliation or business. (This means you cannot freely use it as a logo.)
As along as you adhere to all the stipulations above, you may take the image freely without having to ask me.
The following applies to commercial or "branding" purposes (i.e. logos), even if used for non-profit purposes:
Examples include: logos, personal art projects (crosstitching, metal work, wood work, etc.), team affiliations, banners, etc.
You may purchase one time copyright usage for any silhouette for $50.00 per silhouette. This allows you to use my image as your logo or project, but it does NOT allow you to sell items with the image on it.
You may use it on business cards, letterheads, web sites, banners and your own personal projects. You may NOT use it to sell or distribute t-shirts, prints, coffee mugs or any other items I already sell (see all the items I sell here), or sell a new product of your making.
Contact me if you wish to use any of my images in this manner. I will send you a high resolution version of the image after payment has been made.
The following applies to commercial selling or reselling purposes:
Examples include: anything you plan on using my image to make a profit from.
You may purchase multiple copyright usage for any silhouette for $150.00 per silhouette. This allows you to sell items with my image on it, but I still have the right to keep selling it myself. You must still provide credit to Becky's Wildlife and Fantasy Art but it does not need to be prominently placed. You may alter the image to your liking.
You may purchase FULL copyright usage (meaning, you OWN the image outright, thus disallowing me to sell or resell it further) for $300.00. This allows you free reign to do whatever you like with the image. I would no longer sell anything with it and you do not have to provide any credit to me as the artist.
